Our custom cast exhaust manifold is designed to fit any inline 4 cyl, 8 valve VW gasoline or diesel engine and can be ordered with many different turbo flange options. This manifold can be ordered to mount the turbo in either up or down position. It comes equipped with turbo mounting studs to facilitate installation. Cast from a certified high temperature resistant alloy, this manifold comes machine finished, portmatched and equipped with a tapped EGT bung to install a pyrometer in the preturbo location. It is best utilized in mid to low RPM engines ranging up to 8,000 RPM's. The 4-2-1 design is extremely "street-friendly" as it allows very little turbo lag in most applications but it has very good proven racing qualities in both gasoline and diesel engines as well.
